The Institute of Certified Business Consultants was chartered in the States of Delaware and Washington, USA, with an international administrative office in Canada. It grew into an international professional organization with worldwide membership.
ICBC Namibia was fully incorporated on November 22, 2021 under the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) under section 180 of the Companies Act, 2004 — making its mission of professional excellence official in Namibia.
ICBC Namibia now administers affiliate centres across all 16 SADC member countries, driven from Windhoek, with a vision to establish training centres in all regions of Namibia and beyond.
Launched as a strategic platform under ICBC to empower, equip, and elevate African women in business, consulting, leadership, and entrepreneurship across the continent.
The Institute’s governing body — known as THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE COUNCIL — holds the responsibility for the administration and general management of the Institute, ensuring the highest standards of professional governance and ethical leadership.
